Return Policy

At WHI, your satisfaction is our priority. Before initiating a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Return Conditions
  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in like-new condition, with original packaging. Any packaging slip or order confirmation must be included in the return package.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Custom and Made-to-Order items are non-returnable unless defective or expired. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Inspection Requirement: All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Items showing signs of damage or misuse may not qualify for a full refund.
  • If your item(s) meets these conditions, you may follow the steps below to process your return:
  • Request a Return Authorization (RA): Email Sales@whohasit.co to obtain an RA number.
  • Prepare Your Package: Write the RA/Order Number on the outside of the return package.
  • Attach Return Label: Print and attach the return label provided by email
  • Ship Your Return: Include the packing slip or order confirmation inside of the package and send it to the following address:

  • Refund Processing: After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • Note: A 15% restocking fee may apply

    2. Can I return a custom or made-to-order item?
    No, these items are final sale unless defective or expired.
    3. How long do I have to request a return?
